Tulane's Inaugural "Wave of Green"
National Day of Service

The Tulane Alumni Austin Club will be participating in the inaugural Wave of Green Event, a Tulane National Day of Service.  On March 28th, Tulane Alumni Clubs across the nation will be taking part in the event and planting trees in their respective cities.  

The Tulane Club of Austin will partner with TreeFolks, a local non-profit dedicated to tree planting initiatives, on March 28th to help plant 50 trees in the Beverly Sheffield Northwest District Park.  The park is located along Shoal Creek Blvd. between 2222 and Anderson Lane.  Please click on the link for a map of the park location.

Please feel free to bring your family/ friends and make a day of it out at the park. 

If you would like to attend, please let us know simply by replying to this email or sending an email to tulaneaustin@gmail.com .  Include the names of those in attendance along with a contact phone number and email address. 

There will be no charge for the event aside from a little sweat and elbow grease.  All trees, tools, and refreshments will be provided.
